Sales Representative - Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell Rhocom Technology Limited’s software products, including Education Management System, Business Management System, Hotel Management System, and other technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, sales closure, revenue growth, maintaining strong client relationships while working closely with the business development and project teams. This role is target-driven, with commission earned on every successfully closed deal, and contract renewal based strictly on performance.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Actively market and sell Rhocom Technology Limited’s software products to prospective clients.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities within schools, hotels, businesses, and other organizations.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through effective sales engagement.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company guidelines.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Source leads through online platforms, referrals, field marketing, cold outreach, and networking.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects from initial contact to deal closure.
- Follow up consistently with leads to ensure timely conversion.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and sales progress.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of clients after successful sales closure.
- Liaise with internal technical teams to support client implementation where necessary.
- Support customer retention through follow-ups and relationship management.
Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, closed deals, and commissions.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Ensure all sales documentation is properly completed and submitted.
Requirements
Education
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Additional training or certification in sales or marketing is an advantage.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Previous experience selling software, IT services, or technology solutions is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Remuneration
- Base salary plus commission.
